One of the most surprising aspects of managing a pet store for owner Charles Chimusoro was discovering that investment in selfcare for pets was a priority for pet owners. Pets Mart opened its doors, dealing with pet food, toys, accessories and supplies. Three months into starting the business, winter clothing, leashes, shampoos and beds flew off the shelves, with owners pursuing the perfect combination of pampering, entertaining and nurturing their pets.
