A few trips around the world pointed Clare Watson and Nadine Levy towards the functionality of bread and fun ways of curating its offering. Turning this insight into launching an artisanal bakery is proving to be a golden decision. “Coincidence and luck” is what Clare calls it, but the regular amount of traffic flowing into their shop confirms that adding an extra twist to the appeal and variety of bread was definitely a winner.
